幼稚園を作りたい!と、2019年5月1日日本が令和になった日
私31歳、スタッフ5名と一緒に1室で0からの
スタートを切らせて頂きました。
幼稚園教諭としていち母親として感じた 子どもたちに幼児期に育んでほしい
自己肯定感と好奇心!を伸ばす保育。
この業界は成長を可視化できないし数値化できないけど
20年後の未来を担う子どもたちの心の土台を形成する
本当に素敵で本当に大切な時期の現場だと信じてます。
そんな想いに沿って私が全力疾走できるように
ゆめてらすの理念を体現化してくれる全職員
そして保育理念を信じて集まってくださった
保護者様やサポートしてくださる企業様に感謝です。
明後日の卒園式で無事に24名の卒園児を
送り出せることに感謝申し上げます。
ゆとり世代が全力で保育・教育業界を笑顔にしたい！
