Our Thai staff communicate with the children using simple Japanese phrases such as "come here," "here you go," "let's play," and "are you there?" — creating a childcare environment similar to what you'd find in Japan.

Yes, a Japanese childcare teacher is generally present at all times. Our daily program includes eurythmics and songs matched to Japan's four seasons, picture book reading, and morning circle time. You can expect an environment much like a typical Japanese kindergarten.

Yes. Absences due to illness or personal reasons can be made up within the same month.

Yes, of course. We share photos of the children through our official LINE group for enrolled families.

We record details like bathroom use, meals, nap time, and temperature in a daily record notebook, which is given to you. You're also welcome to contact us through the official LINE, and your child's teacher will share how they're doing.

Snacks are mainly fruit (banana, apple, melon, watermelon, pear), crackers, and rice crackers. We do not serve chocolate or sweet snack foods.

For the youngest age group (children who will move up to the next class the following year), we practice sitting on the toilet as part of the daily routine. However, toilet training progresses differently for each child, and since our children attend on a variety of different schedules, we don't set specific rules like "please bring underwear once your child reaches a certain stage." If your family would like to move forward with training more seriously as your child gains more successful experiences at home, we're happy to work at your family's own pace together with you.

In general, we do not administer medication, as this is considered a medical procedure. However, in special circumstances, we may be able to handle this individually after a consultation and with a signed consent form.

For early morning care, please apply through the official LINE by 4:00 PM the day before. Extended care can be requested even on the same day. We can accommodate requests for any reason, whether it's a parent's outing, illness, or a sibling's schedule.

This depends on the severity of the allergy, so please discuss it with us during a school visit. For mild allergies, we can provide allergen-free meal options.

Regular drop-off time is 9:00–9:30 AM and pickup time is 2:30–3:00 PM, but arriving late or leaving early is possible with a quick heads-up. For early pickup, we'll prepare your child to go home in time, so please feel free to let us know.

Both the Phrompong and Thonglor campuses have dedicated Yumeterasu security staff on site at all times, in addition to security personnel stationed on the building floor and at the entrance gate.

We incorporate a variety of activities throughout the daily schedule, including arts and crafts, eurythmics, musical play, physical play, seasonal events, birthday celebrations, and food education. We vary the curriculum daily so children can enjoy a wide range of experiences.

In the Preschool program, children generally spend the day exploring Japanese culture and taking on new challenges together with our teachers. Parent-participation events begin at the Kindergarten level. That said, some Kindergarten events, such as sports day, are open to Preschool children as well, so families who'd like to join together as parent and child are very welcome to take part.

Children go barefoot, so indoor shoes are not needed.

We incorporate physical play using the facility's equipment every day. Even indoors, we make sure children have plenty of opportunities to move their bodies.

We set aside time for outdoor play every day. However, on rainy days or when PM2.5 levels are high, we switch to physical play on the indoor playground instead.

Yes. They are installed in every room and used year-round.
